Notice for U.S. Customers
Orders shipping to the U.S. may face delays during customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. If you need updates, please contact us. Thank you for your patience.
Terms of Sale
- By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to make purchases and that the information and payment method you provide are accurate.
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason.
- We may limit quantities, refuse service, or correct pricing errors. If you’re charged for an item that is later canceled, we’ll refund the amount.
- Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
Exchange & Refund Policy
- All sales are final – no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your order is placed.
- No refunds or returns for order errors, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction.
- Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. We may replace or refund the item (subject to availability). Refunds (if approved) go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Changes
- Once placed, orders usually cannot be changed.
- Preorders may be modified only if the preorder period is still open. Contact us immediately if you need changes.
Cancellations by PPWShop
If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and issue either a full refund or store credit, your choice.
