Exchange & Refund Policy

 

• All sales are final – no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your order is placed.
• No refunds or returns for order errors, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction.
• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. We may replace or refund the item (subject to availability). Refunds (if approved) go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes

 

• Once placed, orders usually cannot be changed.
• Preorders may be modified only if the preorder period is still open. Contact us immediately if you need changes.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and issue either a full refund or store credit—your choice.
