Notice for U.S. Customers
Orders shipping to the United States may experience delays during customs processing and clearance. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. If you require an update on your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to make purchases and that all information provided, including payment details, is accurate and complete.
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Exchange & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering errors
- Incorrect sizes, colors, or quantities selected by the customer
- Dissatisfaction with a product that matches the description provided
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and subject to product availability. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Orders cannot typically be modified once they have been placed.
Preorders may only be modified if the preorder period remains open. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.
Restocking Fee Policy
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged for any order that requires manual intervention after purchase, including approved cancellations, returns, refused shipments, undeliverable packages, or other customer-requested exceptions.
This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges, administrative costs, and inventory handling expenses.
Cancellations
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and provide either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, at your choice
No restocking fee will be charged when an order is canceled due to our inability to fulfill it.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, Exchange & Refund Policy, and all other applicable store policies.
